Our Story

My Spiritual Journey with Reiki

My journey with Reiki began after I moved to Cambridge and settled in Ely. I’d always felt spiritually aware and had a strong desire to grow, so I started exploring different classes. I tried a few things, but nothing truly resonated.

Then one day, a college leaflet came through my door advertising a Reiki course. I glanced at it and threw it away. A few weeks later, another leaflet arrived — and this time, something told me to give it a go. As my first Reiki Master later said, “You didn’t find Reiki, Reiki found you.”

From that moment, Reiki became part of my everyday life. After eight months, I was ready for Level 2 — but my first teacher retired, so I searched for a new teacher and found a Reiki share in Dry Drayton.

Walking in felt like a brave step. I was the only man there and nearly left — until I received a Reiki treatment from a member of the group. It was a powerful experience, and I left feeling uplifted and certain I was exactly where I needed to be.

With the guidance of my second Reiki Master, I continued through Levels 2 and 3, growing both spiritually and personally. The Reiki shares were filled with learning, laughter, and meaningful moments.

Now, my journey has come full circle. I am a Reiki teacher myself, and it’s truly an honour to support and guide others on their own Reiki path.

Continuing Journey with Meditation and Holistic Counselling

A few years ago, my personal life took a difficult turn. Things unravelled quickly, and I found myself struggling deeply with my mental health. I tried cognitive therapy, but for me, it didn’t quite reach the deeper layers I was battling. During that time, Reiki became a quiet anchor — and, surprisingly, I joined an online gaming community.

Through that small, friendly group, I connected closely with two people who were also going through similar mental health challenges. The three of us supported one another honestly, openly, and authentically. That experience showed me just how powerful shared understanding can be.

Eventually, I reached a point where I needed to step away from everything. I went back to Wales to live there again — accepting that I was struggling wasn’t easy, but it was the beginning of real healing.

While slowly rebuilding myself, I remembered the meditation practices I had learned in Cambridge through Reiki and local classes. I invited my two friends to try meditating together online — and that became my very first meditation session. Something clicked. I realised I didn’t just want to heal myself — I wanted to help others, especially men who may feel they have to suffer in silence.

I went on to train professionally as a meditation teacher, and the process was deeply healing and transformational. It strengthened my understanding of the mind–body connection and naturally complemented my Reiki path. Later completed my Reiki Level 3 and became a Reiki Master — as a commitment to continued growth and service.

My journey isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about walking the path, doing the work, and holding space for others as they do the same. Today, it’s an honour to guide and support people on their own healing and self-discovery journey. ✨

So Who Are We ?

We are a holistic practice rooted in warmth, integrity, and trust.

We create a safe and inclusive space for people of all backgrounds, beliefs, ages, and abilities. Our work honours the individual, never imposing belief systems or one-size-fits-all paths.

We walk alongside people on their personal development journeys, honouring that each path is unique. We don’t claim to have all the answers; we support curiosity, self-discovery, and growth at the individual’s pace.

Trust is sacred to us. What is shared in confidence remains private. We treat vulnerability with care, discretion, and respect.

We lead with honesty and humility. We stay open to learning, evolving, and deepening our understanding of ourselves, our work, and the people we serve.

Guidance, not authority.
We don’t position ourselves as gurus; we support self-empowerment.

Lets connect.
