Distance Reiki allows you to receive calming, restorative energy wherever you are. Through focused intention and traditional techniques from the Usui Reiki practice, healing energy is gently sent to support balance, relaxation, and emotional well-being. Simply find a quiet space, relax, and be open to receive.

No experience is needed to join Level One — just an open mind and a genuine interest in spiritual and personal growth. It’s helpful (but not essential) to have experienced at least one Reiki treatment beforehand, as this gives you a feel for the energy and helps you decide if it’s right for you. It doesn’t have to be with your future teacher, but it can be a lovely way to see if you connect before committing.

By the end of Level One, you’ll have learned a simple meditation to help strengthen your Reiki flow, along with a gentle philosophy centred on living in the present moment — embracing self-love, kindness, gratitude, calm, and respect for all life. You’ll also gain practical, hands-on skills to offer Reiki to yourself, your pets, and your family and friends.

You’ll leave feeling confident and ready to begin your 21-day self-healing journey, supported within a welcoming community that encourages personal growth and brings out the best in everyone. ✨

Many students feel ready within a few months to continue onto Level Two (Okuden) — the Practitioner level — and begin offering Reiki professionally.

To join, you’ll need to have completed Level One and practised for at least 6-7 months, and be happy to review your previous learning before enrolling.

Level Two deepens your connection to universal energy and builds your confidence in working with others. You’ll receive further attunements and be introduced to three sacred symbols that support mental, emotional, and distant healing. You’ll also learn how to send Reiki across time and space.

With guidance and mentoring throughout, you’ll gain the practical skills and understanding needed to step forward as a Reiki Practitioner in a grounded and professional way

Level 3, often called the Master Level, is about commitment to your Reiki path. It strengthens your spiritual development and deepens your relationship with the energy. You’ll receive the Master attunement and, if you choose the teaching pathway, learn how to pass attunements on to others and guide students through their own Reiki journey.
