Terms and Conditions
-
We provide holistic, complementary services intended to support personal development, self-awareness, and well-being. Our offerings may include one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and workshops.
Our services are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment, and are not a substitute for professional healthcare or mental health services.
-
We do not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatments, or provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.
Participation in our services is voluntary. You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after sessions.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, or are experiencing distress, we encourage you to seek support from a qualified GP, NHS service, or registered healthcare professional.
-
Our services are intended for general well-being and personal development and are not suitable for crisis situations or acute mental health concerns.
If you are experiencing thoughts of self-harm or are in immediate danger, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services by calling 999.
By engaging in our services, you confirm that you are participating at your own discretion and responsibility.
-
One-to-one sessions provide a private, supportive space for personal reflection and development.
Information shared in one-to-one sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
-
Group sessions and workshops involve shared spaces with other participants. While we ask all attendees to respect confidentiality and privacy, we cannot guarantee the confidentiality of other participants.
You are encouraged to only share what feels comfortable and appropriate in a group environment. Participation in any activity or discussion is always optional.
Group sessions and workshops are educational and experiential in nature and do not involve personalised treatment or therapy.
-
We treat all personal information shared with care, discretion, and respect.
Confidentiality may only be broken where required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.
-
We handle personal information in accordance with UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR.
Personal data is used only for purposes related to providing our services, administration, and communication. We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
Further details can be found in our Privacy Policy (if applicable).

Payments
Payment is required in advance to confirm all one-to-one sessions, group sessions, and workshops, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices for services are clearly stated at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update pricing, but any changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
Cancellations – One-to-One Sessions
We understand that life happens, and we aim to be fair and respectful of everyone’s time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, may be charged in full.
Where possible, we may offer to reschedule at our discretion, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellations – Group Sessions & Workshops
Due to the nature of group offerings and limited spaces:
Group sessions and workshops are non-refundable once booked.
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person with prior notice, subject to suitability and agreement.
In some cases, we may offer credit towards a future session or workshop, at our discretion.
Refunds
Refunds are not offered for completed sessions, missed appointments, or changes of mind.
If we need to cancel or reschedule a session or workshop, you will be offered either:
A full refund, or
An alternative date or credit, where appropriate.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to a one-to-one session, the session will still end at the scheduled time. This is to respect subsequent bookings. Full session fees still apply.
Exceptional Circumstances
We aim to apply these policies with fairness and compassion. In exceptional circumstances, decisions around cancellations or refunds may be made at our discretion.
-
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services where we believe the relationship is no longer appropriate, ethical, or within the scope of our practice.
We commit to communicating openly and respectfully should this situation arise.
-
While we take care to provide our services with integrity and professionalism, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in our services, except where caused by negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law.
-
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
