No experience is needed to join Level One — just an open mind and a genuine interest in spiritual and personal growth. It’s helpful (but not essential) to have experienced at least one Reiki treatment beforehand, as this gives you a feel for the energy and helps you decide if it’s right for you. It doesn’t have to be with your future teacher, but it can be a lovely way to see if you connect before committing.
By the end of Level One, you’ll have learned a simple meditation to help strengthen your Reiki flow, along with a gentle philosophy centred on living in the present moment — embracing self-love, kindness, gratitude, calm, and respect for all life. You’ll also gain practical, hands-on skills to offer Reiki to yourself, your pets, and your family and friends.
You’ll leave feeling confident and ready to begin your 21-day self-healing journey, supported within a welcoming community that encourages personal growth and brings out the best in everyone. ✨
